We've tried to avoid this topic like a plague, but the more we hear the things she says the more and more we are convinced that she is a moron and well quite frankly we couldn't let this one go without saying a thing or two. Here's a list of reasons why we believe that Kim Davis is a complete and utter moron.
Kim Davis doesn't understand the Constitution.
The U.S. Government said it was unconstitutional to ban gay marriage in all fifty-states. The government cannot and should not promote an ideology of any sort and thus gay marriage is perfectly legal. Kim Davis however, says that she can't grant a marriage license to same-sex couples because it goes against God's Law. Again! The U.S. Constitution is the law of the land not God's Law because God's Law has no place in government only in churches.
What Kim Davis fails to realize is that she is getting paid to do a job and her job is to grant marriage licenses and comply with new laws. You have to grant marriage licenses even if the two men or two women wanting to get married offends your religious views. You check your religion at the door just like everyone else getting paid to do a job!!
Kim Davis and all her supporters scream 'religious freedom' whenever they are being forced to do something they don't like such as grant a marriage license to a gay couple. Well when you wake up and join the rest of society Kim you'll see that there is a big difference between having religious freedom and pushing you religion down the throats of those who don't believe it. Yes religious oppression is not the same as religious freedom! Please brush up on the Constitution and try again.
Kim Davis is a hypocrite
Kim you've been married four times and you've committed adultery which is pretty much a huge thing in the bible. However, you said you were washed of all your sins by god and that none of it really matters anymore? Well what's stopping a gay couple from saying the same thing? They've spoken to god and he washed them of their sins and are well still going to get married and spend their lives together.
Deuteronomy 22:19 and they shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver and give them to the father of the young woman, because he has brought a bad name upon a virgin of Israel. And she shall be his wife. He may not divorce her all his days.
Deuteronomy 22:29 then the man who lay with her shall give to the father of the young woman fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife, because he has violated her. He may not divorce her all his days.
Jeremiah 3:1 “If a man divorces his wife and she goes from him and becomes another man’s wife, will he return to her?
Malachi 2:16 “For the man who does not love his wife but divorces her, says the LORD, the God of Israel, covers his garment with violence, says the LORD of hosts. So guard yourselves in your spirit, and do not be faithless.”
Matthew 1:19 And her husband Joseph, being a just man and unwilling to put her to shame, resolved to divorce her quietly.
Mark 10:2 And Pharisees came up and in order to test him asked, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?”
1Corinthians 7:11 (but if she does, she should remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband), and the husband should not divorce his wife.
Oh yeah don't forget adultery.

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.One thing that most fail to realize is that when you throw god into your argument you aren't presenting a valid argument. You just want the government to pander to your religion and oppress others. Every since the government said no we aren't going to pander to your religion and we can no longer deny marriage licenses to same-sex couples; those who are against gay marriage are butt hurt and want to continue trying to oppress and deny the rights of those who have little to no impact on their lives.
Kim no one stood in the way of you when you were married four times and no one stood in your way. Denying marriage licenses to same-sex couples proves how much of a hypocrite you are! Yes you are a hypocrite because allowing someone multiple marriages doesn't violate God's Law at all right? It's all about trying to take the rights away from same-sex couples and wanting the government to pander to your religion. Sorry Kim but you've lost. Do your job or resign! It's just that simple.
Kim Davis fails to realize that the bible is against judging.
Matthew 7:1-5
“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.

Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?Kim Davis lacks logic
Example: you walk into a restaurant and you are expecting to be served whatever dish you order from the menu. The waiter/waitress brings your food as you ordered it and you pay for your food then leave. However, if you apply Kim Davis logic to this scenario the waiter/waitress could deny serving certain foods because it goes against their religion. Do you see the logic here? You are saying you can't grant same-sex couples a marriage license because it goes against their religion. It's like saying I can't serve you alcohol because it's a sin to touch it. I can't serve you pork because it goes against my religious views. Your religious views should have no impact on your job unless your job so happens to be at a church.
